Featurev4.2.1

AI-assisted timeline reconstruction for complex case histories

AI-assisted timeline reconstruction is now available for Professional and Enterprise environments. Teams can automatically generate structured timelines from case records, emails, interview summaries, and uploaded documentation to identify key milestones, sequence gaps, delayed response points, and overlapping reports across investigations and institutional workflows.

Investigators and administrators can now automatically generate structured timelines from uploaded documents, notes, emails, interview summaries, and case activity history.

The new timeline engine helps teams identify sequence gaps, overlapping reports, delayed response points, and policy-relevant milestones across Title IX, Title VI, workplace investigations, student conduct, ADA/504, and behavioral intervention workflows.

Generated timelines remain fully editable and are designed to support institutional review, documentation accuracy, and defensible decision-making — without replacing professional judgment.

This release also introduces:
• chronological evidence linking
• source-aware timestamp references
• exportable investigation chronology reports
• cross-case event pattern detection for authorized administrators

Available now for all Professional and Enterprise environments.

Featurev4.2.1

Title VI module is now generally available.

The Title VI module — for cases involving discrimination based on race, color, or national origin — is rolling out to all customers this week. Includes intake forms calibrated to OCR's investigation framework, outcome letter templates, and integration with the existing audit trail.

  • Pre-built intake form aligned to OCR Title VI complaint procedures
  • Outcome letter templates with citation to the relevant federal regulation
  • Unified case timeline alongside Title IX and Conduct cases
  • Available at no additional charge for all institutions

Title VI cases now flow through the same dashboard as Title IX and Conduct.

Securityv4.2.0

Customer-managed encryption keys (BYOK) for Enterprise.

Enterprise customers can now bring their own encryption keys via AWS KMS. Keys remain in your AWS account; OnePointe encrypts and decrypts via your grant. You can rotate, revoke, or audit access independently of us.

  • AWS KMS integration with cross-account grants
  • Quarterly key rotation supported (manual or automatic)
  • Revocation = immediate cryptographic deletion of access
  • Compliance documentation updated for SOC 2 evidence

From the team

A note from our CEO on the Strategic Pilot Program.

We're opening 100 pilot slots this year — six months of full platform access at no cost — for institutions ready to do this work better. Our CEO Albert Roberson on why we structured it this way and what we hope to learn from this cohort.

To the deans of students, Title IX coordinators, conduct administrators, BIT chairs, HR leaders, and general counsels who trust us with some of the most sensitive work inside your institutions:

When we built OnePointe, we were not interested in creating another generic software platform. We set out to build operational infrastructure for work institutions cannot afford to mishandle: student welfare, civil rights, accessibility, workplace conduct, and behavioral intervention. These responsibilities carry real human consequence, and the systems supporting them should reflect that reality.

Over the past year, our focus has remained disciplined and intentional. We introduced AI capabilities designed to support professionals without replacing institutional judgment. We expanded the platform beyond Title IX and student conduct to include Title VI, workplace investigations, and broader operational coordination. We also committed to transparent pricing because institutions should not have to navigate opaque procurement processes simply to modernize essential infrastructure.

Just as importantly, we made an early decision that continues to shape how we build.

Your institutional data belongs to you.

Student records, complainant information, employee matters, investigative documentation, and institutional workflows remain isolated within your environment. We do not train AI models on institutional case data, and we will not build this company by compromising the trust organizations place in us.

That is not positioning. It is principle.

In the year ahead, we will continue investing in the areas institutions have asked us to prioritize most:

  • deeper SIS integrations,
  • expanded restorative practice workflows for K–12 environments,
  • continued accessibility modernization aligned with WCAG standards,
  • stronger reporting infrastructure,
  • and better operational coordination tools.

But technology alone is never the point.

The real work continues to be carried by the professionals navigating difficult conversations, protecting communities, responding during moments of crisis, and helping institutions operate responsibly under increasing complexity and scrutiny.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support that work.

And we are just getting started.

With gratitude,

Albert Roberson

Compliance

SOC 2 Type II audit completed — zero findings during our first year of assessment.

An independent SOC 2 Type II audit was completed with zero findings during our first year undergoing the assessment. The report covers the 12-month period ending February 28, 2026 and is available under NDA through your account manager.

Featurev4.1.0

AI-assisted question generation for investigators.

Investigators can now generate calibrated interview questions tailored to a case's facts. Questions are drafted based on the case file, reviewed by the investigator, and adjusted before any meeting. Always advisory — the AI never asks the question itself.

  • Case-aware question drafting based on intake narrative and witness statements
  • Tone-of-voice configurable per institution (formal vs. trauma-informed)
  • Audit trail logs the AI suggestion alongside the final question used
  • Toggleable at the institution level
Featurev4.0.5

Redesigned public intake — calmer, clearer, faster to finish.

We rebuilt the public-facing intake from scratch around the people who actually use it: students in the middle of a hard week, faculty observing something concerning, third-party reporters, parents. The new flow opens with a single calm question — what would you like to do? — and routes to the right form or status check from there.

  • Single landing page splits intake into File a report vs. Check status
  • Every page surfaces emergency resources (911 + campus safety) prominently
  • "Quick exit" button on every page for reporters who need to leave fast
  • End-to-end encrypted with confidentiality affirmation in the header
  • Keyboard-first: continue with Enter, back with Esc, full screen-reader support

Infrastructure

Multi-region failover for U.S. East and U.S. West.

Production infrastructure now runs active-active across us-east-1 and us-west-2. Failover is automatic with a 5-minute RTO. RPO remains zero for the case audit log via synchronous cross-region replication.

Featurev4.0.0

Geographic Intelligence — campus heat map for case patterns.

New Reports module surfaces case density and trend hotspots across campus buildings, residence halls, and academic spaces. De-identified by default; aggregation thresholds configurable per institution to prevent re-identification of small populations.

De-identified clustering by building, floor, and time-of-day.

Compliance

Independent accessibility audit — WCAG 2.1 AA verified.

An independent third-party accessibility audit of OnePointe was conducted against WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. The resulting conformance report, along with our remediation roadmap addressing the three identified gaps, is available under NDA.

See our Accessibility statement for the public summary.
