A note from our CEO on the Strategic Pilot Program.

From the team

We're opening 100 pilot slots this year — six months of full platform access at no cost — for institutions ready to do this work better. Our CEO Albert Roberson on why we structured it this way and what we hope to learn from this cohort.

To the deans of students, Title IX coordinators, conduct administrators, BIT chairs, HR leads, and general counsels who trust us with the most sensitive cases on your campus —

When we started OnePointe, we made one promise: build software for the work that cannot fail quietly. Cases involving student welfare, civil rights, and workplace conduct are not generic enterprise SaaS territory. The stakes are different. The audit trails matter differently. The people inside the records deserve more than a status bar and a queue.

This year, we've focused on three things: shipping the AI assistant without ever letting it make decisions for you, expanding the platform to cover Title VI and Workplace alongside Title IX and Conduct, and keeping our pricing transparent — published per-student rates, no opaque RFP gymnastics, no surprise renewal increases.

We've also held the line on a quieter commitment: we don't train AI on your data. Subject data — students, complainants, respondents, employees — never leaves your tenant's isolated environment, and never enters a model that another institution will ever interact with. This isn't a feature. It's a refusal to be a different kind of company.

In the year ahead, we're investing in three areas you've asked us about most: deeper SIS integrations so case data flows back and forth without hand-typing, a pilot of restorative-practice workflows for K–12 districts, and a fully WCAG 2.1 AAA refactor of the complainant-facing intake form. We'll publish progress quarterly, as we always have.

Most of all, thank you for the work you do — and for trusting us to carry a small piece of it. Software like this is only as good as the people who use it well, and you do.

With gratitude,

Albert Roberson
